Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting all marketing aspects of new and existing markets and products. This role is also responsible for assisting the Director, Marketing with all the Marketing projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all marketing aspects of new and existing products, including ensuring that sales offices have current and approved documentation, equipment, and clothing.
- Monitor requests for pricing changes and work closely with the Sr. Marketing Coordinator on the monthly price launch process for the US and Canadian markets.
- Research and analyze competitive landscape on an ongoing basis and provide insights/reports/product recommendations.
- Create/update marketing collaterals – in-house or with the third-party designer, as needed.
- Assist the Director, Marketing in managing regulatory market changes, contract changes and launches.
- Monitor the Digital Marketing campaign performance and provide weekly reports to the Director, Marketing
- Vendor research for marketing collaterals and branded merchandise.
- Assist the Director, Marketing in managing the US & Canadian customer letters process.
- Participate in the company's social committee events planning.
- Vendor process and relationship management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years previous Marketing/ Project Management experience preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of digital marketing landscape and platforms.
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, adobe forms, InDesign, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Education:
- Must have a degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Digital Marketing certification preferred.
- Project management certification preferred.

Compensation:
$50,000 to $55,000 plus annual bonus and benefits
