We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Professional to join our team at Megamind IT Solutions Limited. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Comparative Research: Conduct in-depth research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Develop Marketing Materials: Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, and articles that showcase our company's expertise and thought leadership.
- Advise Clients: Provide expert advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, helping them to achieve their business goals.
- Coordinate Events: Assist in the planning and execution of special publicity events and promotions, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Conduct Surveys: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to gain valuable insights into market trends and consumer behavior.
- Prepare Communications: Gather, research, and prepare communications material, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
- Deliver Programs: Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct Analytical Studies: Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
- Develop Portfolio: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials that showcase our company's expertise and creativity.
- Online Marketing: Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to reach a wider audience and drive sales.
- Certifications: Certified Market Research Professional (CMRP) Designation, Google AdWords Certification, and APR (Accredited in Public Relations) designation.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, organization, teamwork, accuracy, and reliability.
- Work Type: Hybrid.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
