Retail Store Manager

Canco #119 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Work Setting: Retail business, willing to relocate, on-site customer service, and gas bar.
