Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team at WellnessLiving. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors. Analyze data to inform design decisions and create user personas.
  • Design Strategy and Development: Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into compelling design concepts.
  • Design Execution and Testing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to demonstrate design concepts. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users.
  • Design Guidelines and Standards: Participate in the development and implementation of design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and coherence in design elements and iterations.
  • Accessibility and Inclusive Design: Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines to provide an inclusive and accessible experience for all users.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate design concepts and rationales to diverse stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to align design efforts with product roadmaps and development timelines.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX and UI design, preferably in the SaaS space, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects emphasizing UX analysis and UX case studies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Proven experience in conducting comprehensive user research, usability testing, and adeptness in interpreting data to inform and shape design decisions. Proficiency in Figma and industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), or equivalent.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
