Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team at WellnessLiving. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • User Research: Conduct comprehensive user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Design Optimization: Utilize research insights to optimize and refine the user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Design Creation: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mock-ups to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users.
  • Design Integration: Integrate designs based on feedback and emerging design trends.
  • User Interface Design: Design visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for our software across various platforms.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts.
  • Design Strategy: Participate in the implementation of the UX/UI design strategy and guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence in design elements and iterations.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests and user research to validate design decisions and make data-driven improvements to the user experience.
  • Accessibility: Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines to provide an inclusive and accessible experience for all users.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Management and Development teams to align design efforts with product roadmaps and development timelines.
  • Professional Development: Remain up to date with the latest design trends, UX/UI methodologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX and UI design, preferably in the SaaS space, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects emphasizing UX analysis and UX case studies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Proven experience in conducting comprehensive user research, usability testing, and adeptness in interpreting data to inform and shape design decisions.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Figma and industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), or equivalent.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership: A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
