Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Royal Fountain Healthcare Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Personal Support Worker will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with household tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer
  • Provide care and support to clients with physical disabilities
  • Assist clients with medication management
  • Document client care and progress
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
