Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Advisor to join our team in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to our clients, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial models and analysis to support corporate finance transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial documents
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for clients
  • Assist in the preparation of due diligence materials
  • Assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions of transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents related to corporate finance transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of financial projections and other financial analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of business plans
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for clients
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for regulatory filings
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for debt and equity financings
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for mergers and acquisitions
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for other corporate finance transactions


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, with experience in financial modeling, analysis, and planning. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
