Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the finance department and establish performance benchmarks for staff
  • Generate financial statements for senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Track supplier and employee financial accounts
  • Engage in budget formulation and management
  • Guide and mentor the finance team through the complete accounting cycle
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with non-profit tax compliance regulations
  • Experience in fund reconciliation
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Proficient in utilizing technological tools
