Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Lawyer - Transactional Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified corporate lawyer with at least 5 years of post-call experience to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, with expertise in transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, reorganizations, financings, and refinancing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding client service in communication, legal advice, negotiations, and drafting.
  • Review and draft agreements and other corporate/business documents.
  • Manage all aspects of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, reorganizations, financings, refinancing, and other corporate transactions.
  • Provide general corporate legal advice on corporate formation and structuring, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, and annual maintenance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' post-call experience in corporate and commercial law.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs and managers about both day-to-day business operations and major transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to manage complex transactions.
