Job Title: Accounting Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to join our team at RONA Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reconciling financial data, as well as providing expert advice on financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters to management and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems such as Oracle/EBS
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
