We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at DMY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LTD. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain general ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with strong organizational and communication skills.
