Quality Inspector - Amico Accessories

About the Role
A Quality Inspector position is available at Amico Accessories in Richmond Hill, ON. As a key member of our Quality Control team, you will work under the direction of the Quality Manager to ensure products and incoming materials meet specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test incoming materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Record inspection results and communicate with the production team to ensure timely shipments
  • Notify managers of quality issues and identify and troubleshoot product or functionality issues
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager and Customer Service team to resolve quality-related concerns

Requirements
  • Ability to understand mechanical drawings and use inspection tools (e.g., caliper)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of fasteners and hardware is an asset
  • Knowledge of electronics/circuit is an asset

Work Environment
  • Clean and safe work environment
  • Standard working hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Steel-toed safety shoes are required
