  • Team Leadership: Train and develop staff members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition necessary materials and supplies to support front desk operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high levels of attention to detail.
