Hotel Supervisor

At Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel By Wyndham, we are seeking a skilled Hotel Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel, including public areas and guest rooms.
- Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
