Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at PartSource. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales and support staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory control, and customer service standards.
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
- 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a multi-channel business.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer service.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Fundamental computer skills and knowledge of automotive operating systems, including point of sale.
