Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a positive store environment that promotes sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and operating costs
- Collaborate with the consignment operator to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 21
- Prior retail management experience required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
