Program Overview:

As the Assistant Director, you will play a key role in overseeing the program's strategic planning and day-to-day operations, fostering a strong community among students, alumni, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Provide specialized academic and career advice to students
  • Foster long-term relationships with graduates and manage a comprehensive alumni engagement program
  • Collaborate with the Osgoode Career Development Office to provide career counseling and support
  • Promote the JD/MBA program through marketing and partnerships with the legal and business sectors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Juris Doctor (JD) and call to the bar
  • Extensive knowledge of the legal profession and career development principles
  • Understanding of the JD/MBA program and its admission requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
