Position Overview

The Bottle Depot Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our recycling facility. This position requires a blend of leadership and operational expertise to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Address and resolve operational challenges while providing technical guidance to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Engage in the recruitment and hiring process for new staff members.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees on their responsibilities and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate additional training opportunities for staff development.
  • Develop and implement work schedules and operational procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the logistical operations of the depot.
