Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automobile Damage Repair Estimator to join our team at 360 West Coast Auto Sales Inc. As an Automobile Damage Repair Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating damage to vehicles, instructing apprentices, and performing various repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and estimate damage to vehicles, including dents, buckles, and defects
  • Instruct apprentices in repair techniques and procedures
  • Prepare auto body surfaces for painting by masking and taping
  • Repair or replace interior components, including fenders, panels, and grills
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces to match original colors
  • Mix and apply paint to blend and match colors
  • Operate soldering equipment to fill holes, dents, and seams
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive repair industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
Working Conditions
