Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Manager to join our team. As a key member of our People function, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering our total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent
  • Collaborate with university leadership and external vendors to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with our goals and values
  • Design and implement wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and financial well-being
  • Develop and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and foster a culture of appreciation
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and provide regular reports on participation rates, costs, and employee satisfaction
Requirements
  • Comprehensive experience in total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and wellness programs
  • Strong technical foundation, with proficiency in MS Excel and ability to learn new systems and technologies
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
  • Professional communication skills, with ability to create internal messaging, reports, and other documentation
