Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent
- Collaborate with university leadership and external vendors to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with our goals and values
- Design and implement wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and financial well-being
- Develop and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and foster a culture of appreciation
- Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and provide regular reports on participation rates, costs, and employee satisfaction
- Comprehensive experience in total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and wellness programs
- Strong technical foundation, with proficiency in MS Excel and ability to learn new systems and technologies
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Professional communication skills, with ability to create internal messaging, reports, and other documentation
