Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at VOIX CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Lead and manage a team of construction workers, including bricklayers, cement finishers, tilesetters, and labourers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, including material ordering and equipment maintenance.
- Recruit and hire workers, as needed, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Estimate costs and materials, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality construction.
- 1-2 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of construction regulations and safety protocols.
