Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and the smooth coordination of internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate customer requests and communicate customer needs to relevant departments.
- Act as an intermediary between sales representatives and/or customers, technical services, and production.
- Manage orders globally in the computer system, validate orders, and ensure all necessary elements are available for production.
- Monitor production stages and projects rigorously, communicating all information to relevant departments.
- Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Post-secondary diploma.
- Written and oral bilingualism.
- Knowledge of the printing industry is an asset.
- Relevant experience of 5 years or more in a similar position.
- Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills.

- A competitive salary range of $60,000-$63,000.
