About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Utilize Navision to track inventory movement, pull parts and equipment from shelves, and ensure accurate and timely completion of sales orders.
  • Delivery: Liaise with Service Coordinators to ensure accurate information and route deliveries, spending approximately half of your day on the road delivering mobility equipment to clients.
  • Process Mobility Devices and Equipment: Act as the gatekeeper for all inventory and physical assets stored in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, cleaning, and packing of items entering or exiting the dock.
  • Service Support: Assemble and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs of mobility and accessibility equipment, as well as deliver and pick up equipment as needed.
  • Team Player: Assist your team whenever needed, interacting with customers and supporting other team members as required.
Requirements
  • Team Player Approach: Strong values of respect, responsiveness, and an outstanding work ethic, with a focus on coming together for a single goal.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or general warehouse role, with an aptitude for hands-on, mechanical work.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication in person, over the phone, or on paper, with empathy and a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to make minor adjustments to wheelchairs and assemble/disassemble equipment with ease, as well as participate in inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, clean criminal background check, and valid Class 5 driver's license.
