Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team at Brown & Brown Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing their insurance needs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Manage client accounts, including renewals, new business, and policy changes, to ensure seamless service and minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to provide comprehensive insurance solutions and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide expert advice to clients and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business and increase revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Manage client communication, including regular updates, policy changes, and renewal notifications.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, including client information, policy details, and sales activity.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance, preferably in a customer service or account management role.
  • RIBO license required.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including liability, property, and workers' compensation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex insurance data and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
