Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at EN3 Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a business development role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
