Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relations
    • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with guests and stakeholders.
    • Train staff on customer service standards and ensure they are equipped to handle customer complaints and issues.
    • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of resort staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement effective staffing plans to meet business needs and ensure adequate coverage.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
  • Resort Operations & Administration
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, including maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk services.
    • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective resort operations.
    • Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the resort meets its financial objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
    • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
  • Health and Safety
    • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests.
    • Conduct regular health and safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in resort management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
