Restaurant Operations Supervisor

OZEN KOREAN RESTAURANT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen and service teams are well-coordinated and efficient.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and motivate our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that our dishes meet the expectations of our customers.
Address Customer ConcernsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Prepare Reports and SummariesCompile and prepare food order summaries for our chef, ensuring that they have the information they need to manage our kitchen operations effectively.
Supervise and Check Food PreparationOversee the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our food is presented in a clean and appealing manner.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of our kitchen and service teams, ensuring that we are well-staffed and equipped to meet customer demand.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role or equivalent experience.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency is required.
