About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Internal Communications to join our team. As a key member of our Internal Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive internal communications strategies that inspire employees to drive performance and rally the team around our go-forward plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic internal communications plan that aligns with our company's goals and objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of internal communications channels and tools, including email, Viva Engage, and digital signage
  • Manage and optimize internal content, including writing, editing, and publishing articles, news, and other communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement internal communications initiatives that support our Global Workplace Transformation
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate/internal communications or a related field, with at least three years in a leadership role
  • Experience working for global organizations with a significant number of field employees is an asset
  • Expertise in digital communication platforms and tools, including MS Office and SharePoint
  • Experience with communications data analytics and performance measurement tools
