Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Field Application Specialist to join our dynamic team at Tecsys. This role involves significant travel across North America, necessitating a valid Canadian or American passport.

About Tecsys:

Tecsys is a rapidly expanding innovator that provides cutting-edge supply chain solutions tailored for leading healthcare systems, hospitals, and pharmacy businesses, as well as distributors, retailers, and third-party logistics providers.

Your Role:

As a vital member of our Professional Services department, you will focus on the implementation and business processes of our solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution.
  • Collaborating with project teams to identify customer requirements and define business processes.
  • Building strong on-site relationships with clients to facilitate the integration of Tecsys software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2+ years of direct experience in software implementation and consulting, either at a consulting firm or within a software company.
  • Alternatively, 2+ years of experience as a product or solution specialist with hands-on software implementation experience on the client side.

Key Skills:

  • Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of hospital inpatient pharmacy operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.

Additional Assets:

  • Familiarity with hospital supply and inventory management.
  • Project management experience.
  • Technical aptitude and analytics proficiency.
