Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a host/hostess at Bozzini's Restaurant. As a host/hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the hostess stand and surrounding areas
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly and efficiently
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
