Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the well-being and development of children
  • Supervise and train staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure high-quality childcare services
  • Lead activities that foster learning, creativity, and socialization among children
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Guide children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being
  • Organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours
Requirements
  • Child development worker (ECE level 2) certification
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
