About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Companion Caregiver to join our team at Khatoon Gova. As a Companion Caregiver, you will provide essential support and care to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the client's physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account the client's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with medication administration, as required.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed, such as laundry and linen management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Work Environment

As a Companion Caregiver, you will work in a variety of settings, including private homes and community facilities. You will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
