Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Tajpur Investments Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Shipment Planning: Determine the most efficient method of shipment for goods, taking into account factors such as cost, time, and logistics.
- Inventory Management: Schedule the distribution of goods, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that goods are delivered to the right place at the right time.
- Documentation: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and complete.
- Container Management: Assemble containers and crates, and inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain an internal record-keeping system, recording shortages and rejecting damaged goods.
- Goods Movement: Route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped, and unpack goods received.
- Shipping Instructions: Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments, and oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
- Payment and Reconciliation: Process payments for goods, and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
