Work Environment

As a technician, you will be involved in:

  • Assembly

Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

  • Interpreting blueprints and specifications to ascertain work requirements
  • Creating layouts and patterns
  • Fitting and welding components together
  • Installing and erecting boilers and heavy-metal products as per specifications
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance on boilers and heavy-metal products
  • Performing inspections on completed welds
  • Replacing defective parts in pressure vessels, including safety valves and regulators

Travel Requirements

A valid driver's license is necessary for this role.
