About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, flexibility, and ability to work as a team player.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
