Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for significant repairs.
  • Engage contractors for maintenance and repair services as needed.
  • Conduct minor appliance repairs to ensure functionality.
  • Execute safety and security inspections regularly.
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Water and care for plants, lawns, and gardens to maintain aesthetic appeal.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safety.
