Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Business Analyst to join our team in Ottawa, ON, Canada. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen in the Finance domain, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.

- Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance testing to validate that the software meets specified requirements and functions as intended, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Project Planning and Support: Assist in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities, providing ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the software development lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze user feedback and system performance data to recommend continuous improvements, driving business excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the software solutions align with current standards, driving innovation and excellence.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for business processes, systems, and software functionality, providing guidance and support to development teams.
- User Documentation and Training: Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new software features, driving user adoption and satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience within finance, with a strong focus on the Finance domain.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with project management software tools.
- Availability: 50% availability for travel, including travel to the US and internationally.
- Work Authorization: Legally entitled to work in the country you are applying for.
- ERP Implementation Experience: Experience in ERP implementation or upgrade projects, with a strong focus on the Finance domain.
- IFS Financials Experience: Experience with IFS Financials, with a strong understanding of the software and its applications.
