About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Construction Site Cleaner. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our construction sites are clean and safe for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) with regular bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Will train the right candidate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30-35 hours per week.
