About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Construction Site Cleaner at HR Concrete Cutting & Coring Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure the construction site is clean and free of debris, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction site environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
