About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Sumo Sumo Sushi Bar & Grill. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests, address their needs, and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Table Management: Manage tables, ensure prompt service, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requires standing for long periods, and lifting heavy objects.
