Retail Store Manager

Join Reddy's Your Independent Grocer as a Retail Store Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they meet our high standards.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our store is staffed appropriately to meet customer demand.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
