About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at 0851969 BC LTD O/A RICKY'S ALL DAY GRILL. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food for our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and maintain accurate records of food quantities used.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service, and contribute to a positive and respectful team culture.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
