Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Junior Account Representative. This full-time, permanent position offers a vibrant work environment with no evening or weekend shifts.

Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • Commission and Bonuses (Target Income: $60,000+)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a 5-star experience.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Assist clients with their claims process.
  • Schedule appointments for insurance and financial consultations.
  • Engage with clients to enhance their experience through technology.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of a General Level 1 License (training materials provided).
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with clients regarding their accounts and promote additional services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
