As a Financial Planner, your primary focus will be on cultivating and enhancing client relationships by delivering exceptional advice and service tailored to the mass affluent market. You understand that your clients are your most valuable asset, and your main objective is to provide insightful investment and financial planning guidance to help them achieve their distinct goals.
Utilizing a comprehensive financial planning framework, you will concentrate on investment sales and acquiring new clients, while also identifying business development opportunities with prospects and clients in your designated market area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough reviews for assigned clients, encompassing retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning, using financial planning expertise and tools to support our clients' financial objectives.
- Exhibiting a natural curiosity to identify and address client needs, delivering trusted financial advice regarding investments and retirement strategies.
- Being self-directed and performance-oriented in your approach to uncovering client needs, listening attentively to understand their desires, and crafting customized financial strategies and solutions.
- Engaging actively with clients, providing relevant insights and expert advice.
- Demonstrating a collaborative mindset when interacting with peers, clients, and partners.
- Building and nurturing relationships, with a focus on delivering an outstanding client experience and fostering long-term relationships with existing clients.
Do you possess the skills necessary to excel in this role? We would be eager to collaborate with you if you have:
- Experience in financial planning and investment sales is preferred.
- Successfully completed the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation and/or hold a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
- Certification as a mutual funds professional, with current accreditation and good standing for MFDA licensing requirements.
- A goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently as a self-motivated professional while also thriving in a team environment.
- Knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory landscape.
