Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to Bâton Rouge standards.
- Oversee financial budgets.
- Manage cash deposits and petty cash.
- Authorize purchase orders.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Be available during peak service hours.
- Encourage a collaborative environment through clear communication and regular staff meetings.
- Execute promotional initiatives.
- Train new hires and nurture the development of current staff.
- Maintain up-to-date manuals.
- Ensure compliance with employee guidelines, company policies, labor regulations, and safety protocols.
- Implement maintenance programs for equipment.
- Determine staffing requirements and create schedules.
- Recruit and onboard new personnel.
- Assess employee performance.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
A high school diploma is preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a dining or kitchen environment, or in retail management. This position involves fixed working hours with frequent evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as administrative tasks outside of peak hours.
