Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Jeet Auto Sales. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll, including calculating salaries, wages, and benefits.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and collecting payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including financial statements and management reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, including financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
