Job Summary

Eagle Disposal Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Vice President to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions.
