Position Overview:

As a Residential Sales Consultant at Bell, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our residential products and services. You will engage with customers to gather insights, ask pertinent questions to deliver customized solutions, negotiate agreements using digital platforms, and strive to meet sales objectives. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in both French and English is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Bell's residential offerings by engaging with customers.
  • Inquire to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Utilize computer systems to access information, update records, and negotiate with clients.
  • Meet sales and service targets while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all products and services.
  • Assess business needs and workload to effectively manage schedules.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion of Secondary 5 education or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Adept at navigating multiple proprietary operating systems.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

Additional Information:

  • Job Type: Unionized office employee position.
  • Employment Status: Auxiliary permanent - 40 hours per week.
  • Flexible work profile: remote.
  • Permanent auxiliary employee (external candidates), or equivalent of current status per applicable collective agreement (internal candidates).
