Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Worker to join our team at Solicitude Support Services.

Job Summary:

The Home Care Worker will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, household chores, and providing companionship.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Feed or assist in feeding clients
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

The Home Care Worker will work in a non-smoking environment and will be required to work in the client's home.
