Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Worker to join our team at Solicitude Support Services Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Perform other tasks as required to support clients' independence and quality of life
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
